The 2019 CBSE 10TH Standard results have been out, bringing much relief for the students, schools and parents who were eagerly awaiting. As many as 91.1% have passed out of the 17.6 lakh students who appeared in the exam. This year results registered a 4.4 percentage points higher than the last year’s pass percentage of 86.7%.
UP state took a lead in producing the first rankers where as many as eight out of 13 students belonged to the UP. All 13 students scored 499 out of 500.

Continuing with the tradition, Girls performed better than the boys. While the boys secured a pass percentage of 90.14%, the girls secured 92.4%.
The best performing region was Trivandrum with a pass percentage of nearly 99.85%. The next good was followed by Chennai region where 99% of students passed in the examination.
