Performance Highlights
This year, 14 candidates scored a perfect 100 percentile, including one woman and 13 men. Of these, 13 are engineers, and one is from a non-engineering background. Maharashtra leads the tally with two candidates achieving 100 percentiles, followed by Telangana and other states such as Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Kerala.
In the 99.99 percentile bracket, 29 candidates (27 men and 2 women) excelled, including 28 engineers and one non-engineer. Maharashtra once again had the highest representation, followed by Karnataka, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Gujarat.
Additionally, 30 candidates scored in the 99.98 percentile, with significant representation from West Bengal, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh.

The CAT 2024 scorecard will remain valid for one year. The results were normalized to ensure fairness across various test sessions. These scaled scores were further converted into percentiles for shortlisting purposes.
