The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode), which is conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, has opened the application correction window for registered candidates. The correction window will remain active until 5 PM on October 7, 2025, allowing applicants to make limited modifications to their submitted forms.
Only those candidates who have successfully registered for CAT 2025 and completed the payment of the application fee are eligible to use this correction facility. The original registration window for CAT 2025 opened on August 1 and closed on September 20.
SECTIONS OPEN FOR CORRECTION
Candidates can update information in the following sections:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Test city preferences
Additionally, candidates now have the option to select IIM Guwahati and its programmes in the application. IIM Guwahati has recently been added as the 22nd Indian Institute of Management, with IIM Ahmedabad acting as its mentor institute. The new IIM will initially operate from a temporary campus provided by the Assam government, with its permanent campus planned for Palasbari in the Kamrup district.
GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE UPLOAD
Applicants must upload scanned copies of their passport-size photograph and signature according to specific guidelines:
- Photo dimensions: 1200 pixels x 1200 pixels
- Signature dimensions: 80mm x 35mm
- Format: .jpg or .jpeg
- File size: Not more than 80KB each
- Resolution: Minimum 150 pixels/inch
- Background: White (for photographs)
- Photo age: Not older than six months
IIM Kozhikode has advised candidates to retain multiple copies of the uploaded photograph, as it will be required for affixing on the admit card on the exam day, November 30, 2025.
TEST CITY PREFERENCES
Candidates may select five different test cities in order of preference. After the registration closes, one city from the listed preferences will be allotted based on availability. In rare situations, if none of the five are available, the candidate will be assigned a nearby test centre.

NO EXTENSION FOR EDITS
IIM Kozhikode has strictly advised all eligible applicants to thoroughly review and update their applications within the correction window, emphasising that no further extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
