The Defence General Management Programme (DGMP-7) batch, comprising 41 men and 10 women aged between 30 and 56, highlighted their potential to excel in business environments.
Themed “Embracing Advancements in the Technological Domain: The New Normal of Business”, the conclave explored the intersection of military expertise and corporate innovation. Participants engaged in panel discussions and sessions led by industry leaders, addressing the application of military-acquired skills such as strategic thinking, operational excellence, and resilience to drive business success.
The DGMP-7 batch brings decades of collective experience in operations, project management, engineering, supply chain, cybersecurity, and data analytics, alongside distinguished accolades like Gallantry Awards. Their adaptability and mission-driven approach position them as ideal leaders in today’s dynamic corporate landscape.
Industry experts, including leaders from PwC, EY, and Aditya Birla Group, shared insights on leveraging disruptive technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Panel discussions covered advancements in IT, HR paradigms, and the strategic integration of veterans into corporate roles.
