The School of Open Learning (SOL) of Delhi University has initiated the registration process for the Centre for Innovative Skill-based Courses (CISBC). This program will provide access to thirty short-term skill-based certificate courses, and the registration, which started on February 15, will be open until March 15, 2024.
On January 31, the inauguration of the Centre for Innovative Skill-based Courses (CISBC) took place with Professor Yogesh Singh, the Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University, the chairman for the launch.
He expressed the view that this center would be a transformative force, making it easier for students to enroll in skill-based courses. On the same day, a brochure outlining all these courses, was released.
Professor Payal Mago, the Director of SOL, declared that these valuable skill-based certificate courses would provide students with a chance to boost their potential as an employee. She mentioned about the courses’ design, which takes into account the specific needs of individuals and the job requirements in different fields.
