The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has announced an open recruitment for 608 Insurance Medical Officer (Grade 2) positions. The application process is currently underway, and interested candidates can submit their applications through the official ESIC website until January 31, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the role, candidates must possess an MBBS degree recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and have completed a compulsory rotating internship. Those who have not yet completed their internship may apply, provided they meet this requirement before the appointment.
Candidates from the CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023 Disclosure Lists are eligible to apply, with age limits set at 35 years for candidates in these lists. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
Salary and Benefits:
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level-10 of the Pay Matrix, earning between Rs 56,100 and Rs 1,77,500. Additional allowances, including non-practicing allowance (NPA), DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance, will also be provided.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on merit, derived from the CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023 marks. A merit list will be published on the ESIC website, with seniority given to those selected from the 2022 list.
