Institute of Bank Personnel Selection (IBPS) Clerk Prelims Examination 2023, conducted by IBPS shall start from 26th August. Registered candidates for the examination are recommended to bring their admit card and reach the venue within the given time unfailingly.
Prelims examination for Clerk is going to be conducted on 26th August, 27th August, and 2nd September with 4545 vacancies.
Shift timings for the IBPS Prelims examination for Clerk are 9 am to 10 am, 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, 2 pm to 3 pm, and 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The syllabus for the IBPS Prelims examination for Clerks includes 3 sections – English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. It is of 100 marks for 1 hour and 20 minutes duration for each section.
Instructions for the IBPS Clerk Prelims examination are:
- Candidates are required to bring their admit card with other valid documents to the exam hall unfailingly
- Candidates will not be permitted to enter if he or she fail to bring an admit card
- Candidates are not allowed to bring any other stationery within the exam center except their own pencil and pen
- No electronic devices, like mobile phones, Bluetooth chargers, digital watches, laptops, tabs, Bluetooth speakers, or calculators are not permitted to carry in the hall
- Candidates need to reach the exam venue an hour earlier as gates will get close 5 minutes before the scheduled time
