The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) in collaboration with the ed-tech learning platform Emeritus, has launched the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer program. This 10-month live online program, facilitated by IIMK’s faculty and industry experts, includes real-world case studies, a three-day immersion at the IIMK campus for networking, hands-on business simulations, and a capstone project guided by IIMK faculty.
Participants in the program will also develop their own CMO Playbook, empowering them to envision, collaborate, and innovate. The initiative caters to aspiring CMOs, emerging CMOs, sales, brand, and revenue officers, along with business leaders looking to grasp the intricacies of modern marketing.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to be graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
Scheduled to commence on March 24, 2024, this program carries a course fee of Rs 4.25 lakh plus applicable taxes, with the enrollment benefit price valid until February 22, 2024. Upon successfully fulfilling all evaluation components of the program and maintaining a minimum attendance of 75 percent, participants will receive a completion certificate from IIM Kozhikode.
IIM-K declared that this program empowers Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) to steer customer-focused enterprises using innovative marketing and growth strategies. It aims to enhance financial intelligence and critical thinking for superior decision-making, execute cross-functional initiatives to achieve sustainable brand growth in dynamic markets, utilize internet technologies and data-backed insights for marketing transformation, implement data and AI strategy with automation and digital capabilities for effective marketing, and lead strategic brand and distribution initiatives to attain product leadership and meet stakeholder expectations.
