In response to the rapidly evolving global business environment marked by geopolitical tensions, trade conflicts, and technological disruption, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has announced the next cohort of its Chief Executive Officer Programme, developed in partnership with Emeritus and featuring modules from Kellogg Executive Education.
IIM Kozhikode, ranked 3rd in the Ministry of Education’s NIRF 2024 rankings, has positioned this 12-month online programme to address the urgent need for strategic, digital-savvy, and resilient leadership. Aimed at experienced professionals with over 10 years of industry experience, including newly appointed CEOs and entrepreneurs, the course is tailored to empower leaders with tools to navigate uncertainty, lead transformation, and drive innovation.
The curriculum combines live virtual sessions led by IIMK faculty and industry experts, with a 5-day in-campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode and two online modules from Kellogg Executive Education. Participants will also undertake a capstone project and engage in business simulations, peer-to-peer learning, and advanced modules on AI, leadership, and innovation.
Key focus areas include corporate governance, stakeholder influence, cross-border strategy, sustainability and ESG, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. Previous cohorts have seen over 140 senior executives benefitting from this high-impact learning experience.

The programme begins on 30 June 2025, with a fee of INR 6.82 lakh plus GST. Upon successful completion, participants receive certificates from IIM Kozhikode and Kellogg Executive Education, along with IIMK Executive Alumni status.
