IIM Kozhikode has launched a one-year Diploma in Management (DiM) to support professionals and aspiring managers. Graduates and diploma holders with professional experience can apply through a rigorous selection process, which includes the IIMK DMAT (Diploma in Management Aptitude Test) and personal interviews.
The first batch will begin in the third week of May for the 2025-2026 academic year. Interested candidates can find details and apply through the official website: iimk.ac.in. Upon completing the programme, participants will receive executive alumni status.
The course follows a blended learning model that combines classroom sessions, live virtual classes, and asynchronous content. It covers general management areas along with electives such as AI, Fintech, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing.
Workshops on specialised topics will make up 20% of the curriculum, with industry experts guiding students and mentoring them in professional development.
Additionally, students can transfer credits to MBA programmes under the DiM. The programme includes two in-campus modules, each lasting five days.
