In partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Masai School, IIT Guwahati has launched India’s first Outcome-Driven Microcredit Course in Computer Science Education.
This microcredit initiative in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) offers a thorough curriculum covering vital areas crucial for thriving in today’s job market. The course encompasses a variety of essential topics, including programming and system design, aimed at providing students with practical skills sought after by employers.
In contrast to conventional academic programs, the microcredit course goes beyond just theoretical learning. It’s designed to ensure students not only gain quality education but also become job-ready.
The initiative strives to secure job placements and internships based on students’ academic performance, thus closing the divide between academia and industry.
This program utilizes innovative teaching methods, combining live and recorded sessions led by esteemed professors from IIT Guwahati.
