IIT Hyderabad has begun to accept internship applications for its Summer Undergraduate Research Exposure (SURE) program. The internship is scheduled to take place from May to July, lasting a minimum of one month and up to two months. Interested candidates can sign up on the IIT Hyderabad SURE website before March 10.
This internship opportunity, provided by IIT Hyderabad, is open to 200 interns, with 50 seats specifically reserved for female candidates.
Shortlisted candidates for the internship will receive Rs 15,000 for the entire two-month duration. Alternatively, interns can opt for Rs 7,500 per month if they choose the two-month option or Rs 10,000 for those selecting a one-and-a-half-month duration. Interns have the flexibility to choose between a one-month, one-and-a-half-month, or a complete two-month internship. The institute has clarified that no other amount or benefits will be applicable.
The selection process involves an initial screening of applications, followed by online interviews conducted by the department or mentor faculty, depending on the department’s preference.
