The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has announced the commencement of applications for its prestigious Summer Fellowship Programme 2025. This two-month, research-driven internship is open to students from diverse disciplines, including Engineering, Sciences, Humanities, and Management. Programme Objective
The Summer Fellowship Programme aims to cultivate a strong inclination towards academic research by providing hands-on experience in advanced study areas. Participants will engage in high-quality research projects under expert mentorship at one of India’s premier institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
The programme is open to:
– Undergraduate students in their third year of BE/BTech/BSc (Engg).
– Integrated/Dual Degree Master’s students in their third or fourth year (ME/MTech/MSc).
– First-year MSc/MA and MBA students with an exceptional academic record, research publications, or accolades such as Mathematics Olympiad ranks or design competition awards.
Note: IIT Madras students are not eligible to apply.
