The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) collaborated with University of San Diego, USA through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for various academic, research, capacity building, training, faculty or staff development activities. Professor Chell Roberts, Dean of the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering (SMSE) at the University of San Diego, and Professor S P Mehrotra, Professor-in-Charge of External Relations at IITGN, signed and exchanged the MoU, at the IITGN Campus.
The event took place in the presence of Professor G B Singh, Academic Director at the University of San Diego, and Professor Rajat Moona, Director of IITGN. This marks the initiation of a productive and dynamic partnership between the two institutions.
Through this new partnership of both institutes, they are hoping to bring highest standard of global educational and research excellence, and are going to offer joint Double Master’s Programs, Dual Degree Programs at BTech and Master’s levels, including Master’s in Engineering Management and Leadership; as well as joint Executive Education Programs.
