What have been the achievements of your B-School in the last academic year?
The previous academic year saw some unprecedented breakthroughs in Management research. Our students have been actively involved in ideation of some unique start-ups through Amity incubation. Knowledge application and skill development have been the hallmarks of our management programmes to enhance employability of our students.
In view of Amity’s three I’s of Innovation, Internationalization and Industry-integration, a new programme on ‘Business analytics’ was launched, to keep our students updated with the latest demands of the corporate.
What according to you are the differences in pedagogy in India and abroad?
India itself is a global power to reckon with and therefore there is no significant difference in the pedagogy used in India or abroad. The global curriculum, keeping in tune with the world market provides our students the right skills making them thought leaders and corporate ready. In Indian education system contact hours are more compared to the system abroad which focuses more on self study.
How is Amity University Gurgaon different from others?

What are the key challenges that management education face today?
Ever changing dynamics in technology, with the advent of Artificial intelligence and technological disruptions, are the major challenges for management education and corporate. Apart from equipping students with the right skills, knowledge and technical knowhow, giving them ample confidence in their own capabilities and faculties that humans are endowed with is the need of the hour. Building resilience in students is a necessary step towards their strong career building.
