The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), in partnership with Intel, has introduced the ‘AI for Entrepreneurship’ micro-learning module to equip one lakh young innovators across India with essential artificial intelligence (AI) and business skills. The initiative, supported by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), aims to make AI education accessible while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among learners.
The programme is part of India’s broader strategy to drive digital innovation, economic growth, and inclusivity. By leveraging Intel’s expertise in AI and business education, the initiative ensures that students from diverse backgrounds, including those from rural areas, gain critical skills for the digital economy.
The learning module, hosted on the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH), simplifies AI concepts, debunks myths about technology and entrepreneurship, and provides interactive content tailored to different learning styles. It covers AI applications in business, key entrepreneurial strategies, and creative problem-solving. Participants will also receive an industry-recognised certification from MSDE, NSDC, Skill India, and Intel, enhancing their career prospects.
By bridging the digital divide and encouraging innovation, the collaboration between Intel and the Indian government is expected to play a significant role in the country’s skill development efforts. This initiative empowers young minds to become future leaders in AI-driven entrepreneurship, strengthening India’s position in the global technology landscape.
