The BBA students of ITM Business School have completed an inspiring and dynamic journey through their first two terms, marked by a blend of academic excellence, skill development, and real-world exposure. The program commenced on July 15, 2024, with an Induction and Orientation session designed to prepare students for the business world. Activities like the Scavenger Hunt, Melange, and Art of Storytelling set a vibrant tone, while sessions such as “Aspirations: Kindling the Fire” and “The Power of Inquiry” encouraged curiosity and drive. A visit to SEAL Ashram, an NGO for rescuing and rehabilitating marginalized individuals, instilled a sense of social responsibility, inspiring students to contribute to society.
To deepen their understanding of industry practices, students engaged in expert sessions led by leaders from renowned organizations, including Aditya Birla Capital, DSP Investments, and IMS Proschool Ltd. These discussions covered critical topics such as digital marketing, branding, and future-ready business leadership. Additionally, industrial visits to organizations like Decathlon and Godrej provided students with practical insights into corporate operations, bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry realities.
The curriculum emphasized holistic development, with over 180 hours of soft skill training in each term, focusing on public speaking, critical thinking, teamwork, and negotiation. Foundational courses in High-Impact Communication, Business Accounting, and German Language introduced students to essential skills, while Term 2 expanded their knowledge with advanced concepts in Marketing Management, Business Statistics, and Managerial Skills.
The immersive and comprehensive learning experience has equipped ITM’s BBA students with the skills, confidence, and global perspective needed to excel in a competitive business landscape. By fostering a balance of academic rigor, practical exposure, and personal growth, ITM Business School reaffirms its commitment to shaping future leaders ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
