JAIN Online, the e-learning arm of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), has announced the addition of four new electives to its BCA program for the June 2024 batch. The newly introduced electives are Computer Science & Information Technology, Data Science and Analytics, Cyber Security, and Artificial Intelligence.
Dr. Raj Singh, Vice-Chancellor of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), highlighted the importance of the BCA program and these new electives. He said, “Our BCA program is designed to equip learners with a robust foundation in computer applications, cyber security and AI while allowing them to specialize in areas that are in high demand. The inclusion of these electives aligns with the burgeoning demands of the IT industry and aims to provide learners with specialized skills that are essential for a successful career in technology. These new electives will provide learners with the expertise needed to excel in various domains of technology that will shape a bright and promising career for them.”
Founded in 2021, JAIN Online has been offering UGC Entitled and AICTE Approved degree programs in an online mode. The platform provides a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including MBA, M.Com, MCA, BCA, MA, BBA, and B.Com, with over 40 in-demand electives.
Interested learners can apply for the BCA program, provided they meet the eligibility criteria of having completed their 10+2 education with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate (45 percent for the reserved category).
