The rank letter of JIPMER PG MD/MS courses for July session has been released. Candidates can now access their individual rank letters on the official website – jipmer.edu.in. It is important for the candidates to remember that JIPMER will not make the rank letters available to the candidates by any other means.
Candidates will be required to download their rank letters online from the official website as it will be required for counselling purposes. Alternatively, candidates will also be able to access the same form the direct link given below.
Candidates who were marked as qualified in the JIPMER PG MD/MS result 2019 will be eligible for the process of counselling. The total number of candidates called for counselling in each category will be 10 times the number of available seats.
Candidates under the OPH/PwD category are required medical examination a day ahead of the counselling schedule for disability assessment by the JIPMER Medical Board. Admission of the candidates into the Puducherry and Karaikal campuses of JIPMER will be on the basis of their merit score.
Documents required for Counselling
Qualified candidates will be required to report at the counselling venue at the scheduled time where their biometric and image verification will be done. All candidates must mandatorily carry the following documents (original and Self-attested copies) along with them to the counselling venue.

- JIPMER PG Hall Ticket with seal of Invigilator
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/Class 10 Marksheet)
- MBBS Marksheet and provisional pass certificate
- Medical Registration certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Transfer and Migration Certificate from the Institute last attended
The Jawahar Institute of Post Graduate Entrance Test or JIPMER PG is an entrance test conducted twice a year for admission of candidates to post graduate MD/MS courses in the July and January sessions.
