How difficult is it or a woman to become an entrepreneur?
- Dominance of men
Business owners are generally males; hence proving yourself in front of the majority makes it difficult for young girls to prove themselves. Even after increase in the number of startups, rarely are owned by females. Fortunately, my family has been very supportive as I have been the first women entrepreneur in the history of my family.
- Lack of Funds
Mostly the females are deprived from the property rights and hence there is always an issue with the funds. However, all my ventures are self funded.
What challenges did you face while setting up?
It is actually the stereotypical approach that jobs provide security over entrepreneurship as there is fix income. Mostly girls are expected and seen as homemaker hence such thoughts affect one’s confidence. Proven studies show women are multi-taskers and good in networking which is an essence to entrepreneurship.
At times parental pressure mounted up obstructing my vision towards goals. The erratic flow of money initially lowered my confidence but ultimately my passion was the ultimate triumph.
How do you manage two sides of your life, entrepreneurship and writing ?
Life is all about multitasking and it was always entrepreneurship that gave me money and writing is my passion. It is my will power that ensures a perfect balance between the two spheres
What is the secret behind your success?
Behind every successful girl is a father, who trusted her and not society. Moreover, I follow my gut more than anything else as I am deeply inspired by Steve Jobs.

What are your future plans?
I have put marketers on hold for some time and joined as a Director and Partner at in 2 ventures. Integrated consultancy Private limited companies as the Director and Partner which is a 7 year old PR and Branding Company. SHRINE EVENTS-7 years old Events Company as the Director and Partner
When is your next book expected?
My next book is expected by June End by the name USA Dominance in World System which will be a reference book for Delhi University Students primarily for International Relation Aspirants.
