Live results of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) 2nd round seat allotment are published today, which is on 8th August 2023. Registered candidates for the counselling process can check their results at the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.nic.in.
Payment for seat acceptance fees from fresh allottees as well as reporting to allotted universities for document verification and admission can be conducted from 8th August to 11th August. However, candidates can easily withdraw their candidature till 11th August.
It is necessary to note that if these seats get upgraded, then previous allotments can get cancelled. Then, these seats will get allotted to any other deserving candidates based on their merits.
There will be 3 counselling rounds: Allotment, Upgradation and Mop-up. Registration for mop up round will be conducted on 14th August and its last application date is 16th August.
The candidate needs to pay fees for seat acceptance of Rs. 5000 via online transactions, using UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking and download allotment letter. If a candidate fails in paying fees for seat acceptance, then the current allotment can get cancelled and he or she will not be considered for an allotment of seats in the Upgradation Round.
