The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced the recruitment of specialists on a contractual basis. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website, nabard.org, before the deadline on 6 April 2025.
Vacancies and Roles
NABARD is offering five specialist positions:
– Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – 1 post
– Climate Change Specialist (Mitigation) – 1 post
– Climate Change Specialist (Adaptation) – 1 post
– Content Writer – 1 post
– Graphic Designer – 1 post
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview and a pre-recruitment medical examination conducted by NABARD’s Medical Officer.
Remuneration
– CISO: ₹50–70 lakh per annum
– Climate Change Specialists: ₹25–30 lakh per annum
– Content Writer & Graphic Designer: ₹12 lakh per annum
Contract Details
The initial contract period is two years, extendable up to five years. Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice or equivalent salary.
NABARD reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process, and the final decision rests with the Bank.
