Newcastle University has introduced the Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship Programmes for the 2025 academic intake, offering financial support to outstanding international and EU students. Successful applicants may receive up to £7,000 or a full tuition fee waiver, depending on the programme. The scholarship will commence in September 2025.

Eligibility and Award Criteria
Applicants will be assessed as part of their academic application. To qualify, candidates must:
– Reside in one of the following countries: Bahrain, Canada, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, USA, or Vietnam.
– Have secured an offer for an eligible undergraduate programme at the Newcastle city centre campus for the 2025/26 academic year.
– Be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
