Our generation is a product of the strains of our ancestors, and the ones before them. Upcoming TEDx 2019 event will be hosted in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, Bhubaneswar on 31st March 2019. With the theme on “Right Angle of the Clock”, many speakers and the delegate will come together into a single platform to share their intellectual experience and success story with the audience.
Under the motto “Ideas Worth Spreading”, the conference, in its three previous editions, aimed to excel and set a benchmark that can only be surpassed and not descended from.
The speakers and performers for the 2019 edition of TEDx KIIT University include Karishma Shahani Khan, Vijay Nishanth, Bijal Damani, Commodore Pradeep Singh, Anil Kumar Mandal, K.S. Vishwas, Dr. Praveen Vemula, Deane de Menezes, Manish Mathur, Peter Gladson, Manas Tayal and Amit Verma.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx where x= independently organized TED event. The TED conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program but individual TEDx events are self-organized.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), (formerly KIIT University) is an institute of higher education located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The institution offers undergraduate and post-graduate courses in Engineering, Biotechnology, Medicine, Management, Law, Computer application, Rural management, Fashion, Film Studies, Journalism, Architecture and Sculpturing. It was awarded the deemed university status in 2004 and renamed as KIIT University.
