The Master School of Management (MSM), in association with the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), successfully hosted the 35th Annual Management Education Convention under the theme Perpetuum—Aviral, Advitiya & Anant. The event convened eminent academicians, industry leaders, and policymakers to redefine the future of management education in India.
Distinguished professors from IIMs, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, the University of Southampton, OP Jindal Global University, and other premier institutions contributed their insights. The convention, inaugurated by Shri Bijay Sahoo, Group President – Strategic HR, Reliance Industries Limited, underscored the transformative potential of AI in business and education.
AIMS President & MSM Founder, Shri Sudhir Sharma, introduced the theme Perpetuum, highlighting its focus on continuous learning and innovation. He assured that an expert committee would evaluate key recommendations for policy advocacy. Over ten high-impact panel discussions facilitated knowledge-sharing on AI-driven education, leadership, sustainability, and accreditation reforms.
A significant highlight was the Ravi J. Matthai National Fellowship Award presented to Prof. Harivansh Chaturvedi (Director General, IILM Lodi Road) for his exceptional contributions to management education.
Valedictory speaker Dr. Subhranshu Acharya, CMD of NSIC, delivered a compelling address on leadership, illustrating how dedication and perseverance define true success. Convention leaders, including Prof. R.P. Juyal, Prof. Mohit Sati, and Prof. Vidushi Sharma, emphasised the need for research-driven pedagogy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and AI integration.
With actionable insights from academia and industry, Perpetuum 2025 established a new benchmark for education-industry synergy, ensuring a future-ready approach to management studies.
