RecruiterBox, which is a startup based in Bengaluru, has been acquired by PE investor, Turn/River. This firm provides financial assistance to the emerging technology companies to help their founders achieve their goals.
One of its HR initiatives includes global performance management system that provides software for performance appraisal to help organisations manage feedback, goals and reviews. Another service is Reviewsnap, one in all performance management system managing reviews, 360 degree feedback, compensation dashboard and learning content integration.
RecruiterBox will now be part of Applied Training Systems Inc. (ATSI). Every member of the team would receive stock options under the new combined entity. Around 70 percent of the clients for RecruiterBox is from the US. It provides its clients, a faster and easier way to get through different resumes. It assists them in screening, interview, and make hiring decisions faster, and all in one place.
Raj Sheth, Raghuveer Kancherla and Girish Redekar founded this company in 2011. Sheth is based in the US, whereas Kancherla and Redekar are graduates from IIT Chennai. For around three years, Sheth worked with Dell EMC. Before this, Seth was engaged with two startups — one was a classified portal similar to Olx and another was a real-time engine for jewellery, similar to Blue Nile in the US. However, both could not work out.
On the other hand, Kancherla worked with Genpact and ZS associates for around three years before RecruiterBox. Redekar also worked with ZS Associates but then was engaged with HSBC Card services for around two years, before RecruiterBox.
