The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the SBI PO Mains 2025 admit card on its official website — www.sbi.co.in. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary examination can now download their Mains exam hall ticket using their registration credentials.
The SBI PO Mains examination is scheduled for May 5, 2025, and this marks a significant step in the ongoing recruitment drive for 600 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies, under the notification CRPD/PO/2024-25/22.
How to Download the SBI PO Mains Admit Card
Follow these steps to access your admit card:
- Visit the official SBI website: www.sbi.co.in
- Click on the ‘Careers’ tab and select ‘Current Openings’
- Find the link titled “Recruitment of Probationary Officers (ADVERTISEMENT NO: CRPD/PO/2024-25/22)”
- Click on “Download Call Letter for Mains Examination”
- Enter your registration number or roll number, date of birth, and captcha
- Click submit and download your admit card
- Print a hard copy for the exam day
Candidates must check details like name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue on the admit card. Any discrepancies should be reported to SBI’s helpdesk immediately.

Preliminary Exam Recap
- Conducted on: March 8, 16, and 24, 2025
- Number of applicants: 8.39 lakh+
- Exam pattern: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability
- Total marks: 100, Duration: 1 hour
- Prelims results announced: April 5, 2025
Mains Exam Details (May 5, 2025)
Objective Test (200 marks):
- Sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economic Awareness, English Language
- Each section has a specific time limit
Descriptive Test (50 marks):
- Candidates will type an essay and a letter immediately after the objective test
Exam Start Time: Reporting from 7:30 AM
Phase III and Final Selection
Candidates who clear the Mains will move to Phase III, consisting of:
- Psychometric Test
- Group Exercises (20 marks)
- Interview (30 marks)
Final selection will be based on combined scores from Mains and Phase III.
Important Exam Day Guidelines
- Reach the exam centre at least 15 minutes before reporting time
- Bring a printed admit card, valid photo ID, and two passport-size photos
- Electronic devices and study materials are strictly prohibited
- Biometric verification will be conducted; avoid applying ink, henna, or chemicals on fingers
- Follow dress code and safety instructions as specified in the call letter
