The State Bank of India (SBI) will close the registration process for Retired Bank Officer (RBO) posts soon. Interested candidates can apply for FLC Counsellors and FLC Directors through the official website – sbi.co.in.

Eligibility Criteria
FLC Counsellors:
- Retired Officers from SBI, e-ABs, other PSBs, or RRBs in Scale I to SMGS IV can apply.
- If the required number of retired officers is not available, retired clerical staff from SBI/e-ABs may be considered.
FLC Directors:
- Retired Senior Bank Officers are eligible.
Important: Candidates must upload all required documents (ID proof, age proof, assignment details, etc.) to be considered for shortlisting.

Follow these steps to submit your application before the deadline:

- Click on the “Careers” link on the homepage.
- Find and select “SBI RBO Recruitment 2025” from the list.
- Click on the “Apply Online” link.
- Register with your details and log in to your account.
- Fill in the application form and upload the required documents.
- Make the payment of the application fee (if applicable).
- Click Submit and download a copy for future reference.
Selection Process
Shortlisting & Interview
- A Shortlisting Committee will set the criteria for selecting candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (100 marks).
- Qualifying marks for the interview will be decided by SBI.
