The DGE (Directorate of Government Examinations) has declared the addition of add six marks in the mathematics subject. It is to be noted that as many as four questions (problems) were found to be wrong. The exam on mathematics paper-I and II examinations were held on March 23 and 25 respectively.
To be precise, the sixth and 16th question in part-A, seventh question in part-B of the paper-I and fourth question in part-B in paper-II were incorrect. As such, it has been decided to add a total of six marks i.e., distributed in the form of five and a half marks in paper-I and half mark in paper-II.
The marks will be awarded to only the students who attempted those questions. The issue had come into the light, as an expert committee which looked into the questions papers found four questions to be incorrect in the mathematics subject.
