The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary exam 2024 rescheduled to June 16 due to the Lok Sabha elections

On 19 March, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared that the civil services preliminary examination, initially set for May 26, has been rescheduled to June 16 due to its overlap with the Lok Sabha elections.

According to the official notice released by the UPSC, the commission has opted to postpone the civil services preliminary examination 2024, which also acts as a screening test for the Indian Forest Service examination 2024, from May 26, 2024, to June 16, 2024.
