The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the examination schedule for the UGC-NET December 2024 session, which will be conducted from January 3 to January 16, 2025. This examination is held for three primary purposes: the award of the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor, appointment as Assistant Professor only, and admission to Ph.D. programs in various fields.
The exams will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for 85 subjects. Detailed subject-wise schedules are provided in Annexure I of the official notification. The NTA will publish the intimation of the exam center city on its website, https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in, at least eight days before the exam date.
