The University of Southampton Delhi has introduced two scholarship programs to support exceptional undergraduate and graduate students in India. These include the Delhi Presidential Scholarship and the Future Talent Scholarship.
Delhi Presidential Scholarship
The university will award the Delhi Presidential Scholarship to one undergraduate and one graduate student. This fully funded scholarship covers the entire tuition fee for the full duration of the course. To qualify and retain this award, candidates must maintain outstanding academic performance and uphold the university’s core values. The university will announce the graduate scholarship recipient in June 2025, while the undergraduate recipient will be named in July 2025.
Future Talent Scholarship
The Future Talent Scholarship will benefit up to 12 undergraduate and graduate students by providing a ₹220,000 tuition fee reduction for the first year. Students applying for any of the six programs available for the August 2025 intake can apply. Selection will be based on academic excellence and a strong scholarship application. The university will reveal the shortlisted candidates in two phases—June and July 2025.
Additional Financial Aid: Future Talent Bursary
In addition to these scholarships, the university has introduced a financial aid program, the Future Talent Bursary. This program will assist academically strong but financially disadvantaged undergraduate students. The program offers up to ₹660,000 per student for one year. The university will release details about eligibility and applications for this bursary and other scholarships in the last week of February 2025.
