Vedam School of Technology has officially acquired AlgoPrep, an AI-driven learning platform co-founded by former engineers from Microsoft and Google, Nishant Chahar and Subhesh Kumar. This strategic move signals Vedam’s commitment to building an AI-native undergraduate tech curriculum aimed at preparing students for jobs of the future, specifically targeting the workforce of 2029 and beyond.
Integration into Curriculum
Earlier this year, Vedam launched its flagship four-year on-campus B.Tech programme in Computer Science (AI), in collaboration with a UGC-recognised university. The programme centres around project-based learning. The integration of AlgoPrep enhances this approach by embedding smart learning tools directly into the academic journey.
Transforming Tech Education
Through this acquisition, Vedam introduces a new era in computer science education. The curriculum now includes over 50 real-world projects, 6-month paid internships, and mentorship from tech leaders at top global companies. Students will also benefit from personalised tools like smart doubt solvers, adaptive learning paths, and AI-powered mock interview assistants.
Technology-Driven Student Experience
Every student at Vedam is provided with a personal MacBook and access to India’s first AI-powered academic ecosystem. This transformation underscores Vedam’s aim to nurture not just coders but industry-ready engineers equipped with forward-looking skillsets.
