The Bank of Maharashtra has commenced its recruitment drive for 2025, inviting applications for managerial positions across various scales. A total of 172 vacancies are available, with the registration process open from 29 January to 17 February 2025. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website.
Eligibility and Selection Process
Applicants must refer to the official notification for detailed eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications and age limits. The selection process comprises a written test (if required) and a personal interview or discussion. The final selection will be based on a personal interview carrying 100 marks, with a minimum qualifying score of 50 marks (45 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). If multiple candidates secure the same cut-off score, ranking will be determined by age in descending order. The bank reserves the right to modify the selection criteria based on the number of applications received.

The basic pay scales for selected candidates are as follows:

– Scale 5: ₹1,20,940 – ₹1,35,020
– Scale 4: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
– Scale 3: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
– Scale 2: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
