A Mind the Gender Gap Report 2024 by the CFA Institute reveals striking facts. Women make up less than 20% of the global workforce. Only 10% hold key managerial roles. Female directors occupy fewer than 20% of board positions. Additionally, they earn just 44% of what their male colleagues make. These figures highlight the need for leadership programmes. IIM Kozhikode’s initiative prepares women to break barriers and succeed in executive roles.
