IIM Lucknow has successfully completed its placement drive for the 39th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). Over 600 job offers were made to 570 students.
Record-Breaking Salary Packages
The highest domestic salary package reached Rs 75 lakh per annum. The highest international offer stood at Rs 65 lakh per annum. The average salary offered was Rs 32.3 lakh. This reflects the strong demand for IIM Lucknow graduates.
Leading Recruiters
The recruitment drive was conducted in a hybrid mode. More than 180 companies participated, including both domestic and international firms. Top recruiters included Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Kearney, Landmark Group, Lincoln International, Lodha Group, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, Navi, OLA, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Target, Tata Administrative Services, and Zomato.
New Recruiters
Several companies participated in the placement drive for the first time. These included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Javis, Jefferies, Lava, Marsh McLennan, Maruti Suzuki, Mankind Pharma, Mindsprint, NAFED, PhonePe, Purplle, TESCO, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, UKG, Vector Consulting Group, and Walmart. These recruiters provided both domestic and international job opportunities.
Student Background
The batch included both fresh graduates and professionals with experience in Finance, IT, Consulting, and Sales & Marketing. Many students came from top institutions such as IITs, NITs, BITS, and SRCC.
