PwC India has announced the appointment of Padmaja Alaganandan as the association’s new Chief People Officer – CPO. Padmaja assumes control over the role of Jagjit Singh.
Padmaja has been with PwC for more than eight years. Preceding her present arrangement, Padmaja was the Technology domain lead for PwC’s Advisory Line of Service.
With more than 25 years of consulting experience across the various domain, Padmaja carries with her a rich encounter of advising PwC India’s top customers on issues around leadership, talent management, change management, succession planning, as well as diversity and inclusion. When PwC India is putting intensely in setting up its workforce to be Fit For Future, Padmaja’s learning of the association combined with her customer service knowledge augurs great for the firm’s forward-looking people system.
Before joining PwC in 2011, Padmaja has worked in influential positions in associations, for example, Mercer Consulting and A.F. Ferguson. She has additionally been an individual from CII’s National HR Committee, just as its Committee on Skill Development.
