Abhimanyu Saxena, Co-Founder, Scaler Academy and InterviewBit said, “The last year has been a phenomenal journey for us at Scaler Academy. We strongly believe that once the youth of our country is empowered with the necessary skills and knowledge, they are capable of creating hundreds of unicorns like Facebook and Google. With that as the end goal, the April 2019 batch was the litmus test to understand if we were right. It is hugely inspiring to see our students being welcomed by the industry. The average CTC offered to our students as compared to what they got as campus offers has more than doubled. In fact, 33 of them today hold job offers that are paying over INR 25 lakh per annum. We have a lot of hope from these young, talented and driven students. They are a group to watch out for.”
“At Scaler Academy, we strongly believe that if every student were to improve by 1% every day, they would be a 37 times better version of themselves in a year (1.01^365 = 37.8). It is our core philosophy, and everything at Scaler Academy has been crafted keeping this thought in mind. Our job is to enable students to do better, and this has reflected in the performance of our April 2019 batch. 72% of our students come from non-‘pedigree’ institutions and yet they have been able to secure gainful employment opportunities with top companies, including the likes of Google. We feel we are on the right track and are looking forward to the year ahead. We have a lot of exciting new things planned that will transform the way the country’s youth learns.” added, Anshuman Singh, Co-Founder, Scaler Academy and InterviewBit.
