What is the admission criteria?
The candidate must score at least 50 percent in graduation and/or have valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/UPSEE.
How has been the placement trend of the 2018 batch?
The year 2018 was excellent and the highest package received was ` 10 Lakhs. Last year, more than 80 companies have participated in the placement activities. MBA students placed in reputed national & international organizations like Byjus, Landmark Group, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, JK Tyre, Reliance JIO, Naukri.com, Tommy Hilfiger, Crayo Viva, Oppo Mobiles, Paytm, Shopclues.com, American Express, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Om Logistics, Berger Paints, British Paints, Godrej and Micromax.
How do you train students for placement process?
We work on three-fold strategies to train students for placement-
- Apart from specific domain knowledge, we work on PD and Communication Skill from first semester that includes personality development activities, grooming activities, resume writing, aptitude test, mock interviews, and group discussions.
- We prepare the students company wise. We discuss in detail the JD received, the KRA’s, company details, and the industry that enhances knowledge of the students and increased chances of placement.
- Continuous motivation for overall improved performance.
In what ways would you say JIM students should consider one of the best Institutes?
