- Chevening Scholarships –
This scholarship offers a range of benefits to eligible candidates. These include full tuition fees for a postgraduate degree at a participating UK University, living expenses stipend, economy class return airfare from the home country to the UK, an inward travel allowance and networking opportunities. To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be citizens of Chevening-eligible countries, including India, hold a good undergraduate degree, possess a minimum of two years of demonstrable work experience, meet the English language requirements and commit to returning to their home country after completing their studies. - Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships –
Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships for Indian students provide various benefits, such as tuition fees coverage, living allowance, return airfare, an optional arrival allowance and an in-country travel allowance. Eligible applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of a Commonwealth country, applying for a postgraduate degree in a country other than their own, possess a good first degree and meet the English language requirement. - Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarships –
This scholarship provides Indian students grants towards tuition fees, living expenses and travel for postgraduate study or research in the UK. The value of these grants varies based on the scholar’s needs and the course of study. Eligible candidates must be Indian citizens aged between 28 and 38 years, hold a university degree, diploma, or professional qualification, be proficient in English and undertake postgraduate study or research in a field related to the Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences.
- Manmohan Singh Scholarships –
Dr Manmohan Singh scholarships for Indian students cover full tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate taught master’s degree programme in any subject offered by participating universities in the UK, along with a monthly stipend for living expenses and an economy return flight ticket from India to the UK. Eligible criteria include being a citizen of India, possessing a good first degree, being below 35 years on the application deadline and meeting the English language requirement.
- Gates Cambridge Scholarships –
This scholarship provides full coverage of college fees, maintenance allowances, health insurance and airfare for Indian students. It also funds the full course of study, up to 4 years for a Ph.D or up to 3 years for a Master’s degree. Eligible candidates must be outstanding students from outside the UK, apply to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge and demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the lives of others.
- Inlaks Scholarships –
Inlaks scholarships for Indian students offer funding for a three-year postgraduate degree programme in the UK, covering tuition fees, living expenses, travel costs and other essential expenses. To be eligible applicants must be Indian citizens, not older than 30 years by the application deadline, possess a first-class or high second-class Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university and apply to study for a master’s degree at a UK university.
