What motivates Indians to order the food?
As per Ipsos survey, a global market and opinion research specialist, the desire for change in taste, need to uplift spirits and excuse for avoiding cooking were the top reasons why people ordered food.
The survey also shed light on how consumers chose where to order from.
It said that it largely depended on type of cuisine and deals, and other factors like ordering for whom — oneself, family or friends, occasion and service too had some sort of weight age.
The survey said that the people ordered food mostly for dinner (53%) and least for breakfast (2%).
