Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is conducting APPSC Panchayat Secretary Screening test today, on April 21 across 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
As per a notification released by APPSC, a total of 4,95,526 candidates are appearing for the Screening Test. The exam is being held for the recruitment to the post of Panchayat Secretary (Grade IV) in AP Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service.
Candidates were required to carry APPSC Panchayat Secretary admit card and one photo identity proof – Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License and Bank Passbook to the exam centre.
The admit card and ID proof of candidates have to bear the same name as that on the admit card of APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019. The admit card could be downloaded from the official website – psc.ap.gov.in. April 21, 12.30 pm – APPSC Panchayat Secretary exam gets over.

Candidates without their admit card and one photo identity proof were not allowed to write the exam. April 21, 9:30 am – As per the guidelines, candidates were also not allowed to carry calculator, mobile phone, or any other electronic device inside the examination hall.
Important points of APPSC Panchayat Secretary Exam:
- Candidates can only use blue or black ballpoint pen. Usage of whitener is strictly prohibited.
- Extra time will only be given to eligible disabled candidates.
