Dr. (Brig.) Surjit Singh Pabla, President, Bhartiya Skill Development University, Jaipur was felicitated at a function in Indore by World Book of Records on 25th August 2019. Dr. (Brig.) Pabla was recorded as one of the prominent scholars in promoting high education, being founder Vice Chancellor of three universities in Jaipur in a span of six years. The award was presented to Dr. (Brig.) Pabla at the National Excellence Awards held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Dr. (Brig.) Surjit Singh Pabla said, “I am elated to be felicitated by the World Book of Records, London. Dr. Pabla, a Mechanical Engineer with M.Tech and also PhD from IIT Bombay, has been Vice Chancellor of five universities, Pro VC of one university and Director of two Institutes of Technology. His experience in the Army, in addition to command of army units, also includes Engineering Professional work and Administration.
