Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board (BSSB) has released the Madhyam (Class 10) results which were suspended for the last two years. The results of BSSB Madhyam 2017 and 2018 have been released online on the website. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their result through the link given on the website.
The results for both the years were released simultaneously on the website of the board.
How to check the result
- Candidates can check their result by visiting the website home page.
- To check the results candidates need to visit the result link given in the website bssbpatna.com.
- After opening the result link candidates will be asked to enter their Roll Number on the result link. The result containing the candidates’ name, father’s name, marks secured, name of the school and date of birth.
- In case there are any mistakes in the name of the candidates’, father’s name, name of the school and the date of birth the candidates need to notify it to the authorities through the school.
According to the BSSB chairman, Bharati Mehta there is an improvement in 2018 results than 2017. According to the 2017 result published close to 55.84 percent candidates qualified the examination while 2018 results show 72 percent candidates have cleared the examination.
In 2017 close to 37738 candidates appeared for the examination, while the number of candidates who appeared for the examination in 2018 decreased considerably. Only 12,748 students appeared for the examination in 2018.
According to the details released by the board a total of 440 students secured first division 8,692 students secured second division and 11,941 students secured third division marks in the 2017 result. On the other hand, 237 students secured first division, 3,829 students secured second division and 5,128 students secured third division in 2018.
