Sanskriti Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital organized a seminar on ‘Keraleeya Ayurvedic Marma Speciality clinic’ for giving awareness on Ayurveda. The purpose of conducting the program was to make people know about the healing hands of Kerala Ayurveda without surgery, steroids, and side effects. The guest speaker of the event was Dr. N.V Sreevaths, Keraleeya Marma Specialist Consultant who spoke about the need for health awareness and Ayurveda in the pandemic time. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, he emphasised.
On the graceful occasion , Chancellor Sanskriti University Sachin Gupta said, “The University aims to provide the best education to all students and to keep on adding new things in the activity like organizing events, seminars to strengthen the growth and development. Pandemic has taught us the lesson to keep ourselves healthy and fit, and Ayurveda is found to be the natural treatment, cure for diseases.”

It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal was to promote good health, not fight disease.
